摘 要:心脏疾病是心脏发生病变的总称,由心脏结构受损或功能异常引起,其发病率和死亡率一直居高不下,严重威胁人民生命健康。酪氨酸激酶受体ErbB2(又称EGFR2或HER2)虽然最初是因其致癌活性被鉴定出来,但近年研究发现ErbB2在多种心脏疾病中具有保护作用。因此,本文就ErbB2在心肌梗死、心肌缺血再灌注损伤、心肌肥大、心力衰竭、阿霉素诱导的心脏毒性损伤以及糖尿病心肌病中的作用及其潜在的机制进行综述,并初步探讨ErbB2作为心脏疾病临床诊断标志物和治疗靶点的应用前景、局限性和发展方向。Cardiac disease is the general term of diseases,caused by damage to the structure or abnormal function of the heart.Its morbidity and mortality have remained high,seriously threatening the lives and health of people.The tyrosine kinase receptor ErbB2(also known as EGFR2 or HER2)was originally discovered for its oncogenic activity,however,recent studies have found that ErbB2 have protective effects in various heart diseases.Therefore,this article reviews the role and underlying mechanism of ErbB2 in myocardial infarction,myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury,cardiac hypertrophy,heart failure,doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxic injury and diabetic cardiomyopathy.Furthermore,this article also preliminarily discusses the application prospects,limitations and development directions of ErbB2 as a clinical diagnostic marker and therapeutic target for heart disease.
