摘　　要：大麦在鹤庆县粮食生产、养殖业和酿酒产业中占有重要的地位。随着产业结构的调整,大麦种植面积大幅减少,出现酿酒原料不足和养殖业饲料短缺等问题。本文通过对大麦在鹤庆县的作用、生产现状和制约因素等内容进行分析,提出了发展思路和应对措施,以期为确保鹤庆县大麦相关产业健康、稳定、持续增长发展提供参考。Barley plays an important role in food crop production,livestock husbandry and wine-making industry in Heqing County.With the adjustment of industrial structure,the barley planting area reduced greatly,leading to the shortage of brewing raw materials and forage for animal husbandry.This paper analyzed the role of barley in Heqing County,as well as its production status and restrictive factors,proposed the development ideas and countermeasures,so as to provide a reference for health,stable and sustainable increase of barley-related industries in Heqing County.
