摘　　要：中国共产党是领导农村反贫困事业的中坚力量,梳理党领导农村反贫困事业经历的四次跨越式发展,以善治与回应双线交叉形成四种领导类型,可以深入分析党领导农村反贫困事业的实践逻辑。在实践总结与逻辑剖析的基础上,党领导农村反贫困事业的创新意义愈发突显,即立足国情与社情,对反贫困政策做出渐进调适;在农村反贫困过程中逐步引入党的基层组织力量;以发展式扶贫为主要理念,注重激发贫困户的内生动力;在原则指导与技术治理的有机结合中,丰富和完善党治理贫困的手段。因此,系统回顾党的百年农村反贫困史,分析党的农村反贫困逻辑,阐释党领导农村反贫困事业的创新意义,对于新时期推动脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接、实施乡村振兴战略具有重要的借鉴意义。The Communist Party of China is the backbone of leading the cause of anti-poverty in rural areas. This paper combs the four great-leap-forward developments that the Communist Party of China has experienced in leading the cause of rural anti-poverty, and forms four leader types with the intersection of good governance and response, which is helpful to analyze the practical logic of Communist Party of China in leading the rural anti-poverty cause. Based on the practical summary and logical analysis, the innovative significance of Communist Party of China in the leader cause of rural anti-poverty has become more and more prominent, that is, the gradual adaptation of anti-poverty policies based on national and social conditions, the progressive introduction of the grassroots organizational power of Communist Party of China in the process of rural anti-poverty, the developmental approach to poverty alleviation as the main concept, focusing on stimulating the endogenous motivation of poor households, and the organic combination of principle guidance and technical governance to enrich and improve the poverty governance means of Communist Party of China. At the time when a decisive victory has been achieved in the fight against poverty, it is important to systematically review the century-old rural anti-poverty history of the Communist Party of China, analyze the rural anti-poverty logic of the Communist Party of China, and interpret the innovative significance of the rural anti-poverty cause under the leadership of the Communist Party of China for effectively linking poverty alleviation with rural revitalization, and implementing rural revitalization strategy in the new era.
