摘　　要：本文利用2005-2019年间我国八大经济区域数据,测算区域劳动力流动规模,利用泰尔指数测度区域收入差距,并构建指标体系测算八大区域的人口集聚效应水平。以人口集聚效应作为门槛变量,通过构建非线性的门槛面板模型研究劳动力流动、人口集聚与区域收入差距之间的关系。研究结果表明:劳动力流动会扩大区域收入差距,但由于存在人口集聚效应,劳动力流动和区域收入差距之间呈现出非线性关系;在劳动力流动初期会扩大区域收入差距,劳动力流动到一定规模后,对区域收入差距的作用会转为缩小。各区域内部地区间劳动力流动和收入差距的关系与区域间的情况有所不同,仅北部沿海、黄河中游和大西北地区存在人口集聚效应的门槛效应,其余区域内劳动力流动和地区间收入差距呈线性关系。Based on the data of China′s eight economic regions from 2005 to 2019, this paper calculates the scale of regional labor mobility, uses Theil index to measure the regional income gap, and constructs an indicator system to measure the level of population agglomeration effect of the eight regions, taking population agglomeration effect as the threshold variable. A non-linear threshold panel model is constructed to study the relationship between labor mobility, population agglomeration and regional income gap. The results show that labor mobility will widen the regional income gap, but there is a non-linear relationship between labor mobility and regional income gap due to the population agglomeration effect. At the initial stage of labor mobility, it will widen the regional income gap;When labor mobility reaches a certain scale, the effect of labor mobility on regional income gap will be reduced. The relationship between labor mobility and income gap within each region is different from that between regions. The threshold effect of population agglomeration effect exists only in the northern coastal region, the middle reaches of the Yellow River and the great northwest region, and the relationship between labor mobility and income gap between regions is linear.
