摘 要:照度计在运动场馆、轨道照明、LED显示屏和机场跑道等场合中具有广泛的应用。研制一款尺寸小、价格低、性能稳定的照度计具有广阔的市场前景。照度计的标定算法复杂,工作量大,开展标定工作前,应确保仪器性能稳定受控。质量控制图是对过程质量加以测定、记录并进行控制管理的一种用统计方法设计的图。本文将质量控制图运用在照度计背景噪声值的分析中,发现仪器性能状态不稳定。通过头脑风暴法,绘制了因果图,识别出了导致照度计性能不稳定的多个潜在因素,并有针对性的采取了改善措施。X-R控制图结果表明,改善措施有效,综合运用质量工具可以避免照度计研制过程中重复标定工作,提高了研制效率。lluminometers are widely used in many occasions,such as sports venues,track lighting,LED display screens and airport runways.,etc.It has a broad market prospect to develop an iluminometer with small size,low price and stable performance.The calibration algorithm of the illuminometer is complex and the workload is largc.Before the calibration work,the instrument performance should be ensured to be stable and controlled.Quality control chart is one designed by statistical method to measure,record and control the quality of the process.In this paper,the quality control chart is used to analyze the background noise value of the lluminometer,and it is found that the performance state of the instrument is not stable.Through brainstorming method,a causal diagram is drawn,and multiple potential factors leading to the instability of the iluminance meter performance are identified,and targeted improvement measures are taken.The results of X-R control chart show that the improvement measures are effective,and the comprchensive usc of quality tools can avoid the repcated calibration work in the development process of iluminometer,and improve the development efficiency.
