摘  要:女大学生是青少年群体中的特殊群体,并在女性群体中居于较高的文化层次,与男生相比,她们有着强烈的自我意识和更高的标准,在乎个人形象,减肥是她们最喜欢谈论的话题之一。超重是指BMI和体脂率都超过了正常标准,超重女大学生基本都有减肥经历,但基本上都是自主减重;运动不足、久坐、饮食结构不合理是导致她们超重的重要影响因素。此外,睡眠不足和心理焦虑也会引起体重增加。干预对策:学校相关部门和教师应做好学生的健康教育工作,引导学生建立良好的生活方式,养成科学运动和饮食的好习惯;将学生的健康行为纳入课程考核范围;督促学生加强自我健康管理。Female college students belong to a special group of teenagers,and occupy a higher cultural level in the female group.Compared with male students,they have a strong sense of self and higher standards.They care about their personal image.Weight loss is one of their favorite topics to talk about.Overweight female college students refer to those whose BMI and body fat ratio exceed normal standards.They all have experience of losing weight,but they basically lose weight on their own;Lack of exercise,long sitting and unreasonable diet are the important factors that lead to overweight.In addition,lack of sleep and psychological anxiety can also cause weight gain.Intervention measures:The relevant departments and teachers of the school should do a good job in the health education of students,guide students to establish a good lifestyle,and develop a good habit of scientific exercise and diet;Incorporate students'health behaviors into the curriculum assessment;Urge students to strengthen self health management.
