高校学生足球运动损伤的调查与分析--以河南农业大学为例

摘　　要：该文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对河南农业大学学生足球运动中出现的运动损伤成因及特征进行调查。调查显示:足球运动发生损伤的概率高;发生损伤的时间多为自行组织的比赛;发生损伤的部位多为小腿和踝关节;发生损伤的类型多为擦伤和拉伤;前锋位置球员发生损伤的概率高;发生损伤的原因多源于学生自身。基于此,该文提出了一些预防运动损伤发生的建议。By using methods such as literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,this paper investigates the causes and characteristics of sports injuries in football sports of students in Henan Agricultural University.The investigation shows:The probability of injury in football is high;The time of injury is mostly self organized competitions;The injured parts were mostly the lower leg and ankle joint;The types of damage are mostly scratches and strains;The probability of injury of players in the forward position is high;The causes of injury are mostly from students themselves.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions to prevent sports injuries.
