中国、土耳其两国女子排球职业俱乐部运作的比较研究

摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法、比较分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对中国和土耳其女子排球职业俱乐部的经营模式、管理体制、运动员转会制度和教练团队的组成等方面进行比较和研究。找到中国女子排球职业俱乐部现存的问题,探寻土耳其排球职业俱乐部的成功之处,同时发挥中国女子排球职业俱乐部的优势,并汲取土耳其职业俱乐部的经验,促进我国排球职业化的发展,提高中国排球职业联赛的水平。Using the methods of literature,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a comparison and research on the operation mode,management system,player transfer system and the composition of the coaching team of women's volleyball professional clubs in China and Turkey.In this process,we will find out the existing problems of Chinese women's volleyball professional clubs,explore the success of Turkey's volleyball professional clubs,actively extend the advantages of Chinese women's volleyball professional clubs,and learn from the experience of Turkey's professional clubs,so as to promote the development of volleyball professionalism in China and improve the level of China's volleyball professional league.
