摘  要:体教融合是体育强国的战略路径,青少年作为社会主义的建设者和接班人,体教融合对促进青少年健康全面发展具有指导意义。研究认为,学生运动员的文化教育与体育缺乏整体的推动力,体校与学校具有的优势在理论与实践能力上不统一,这对我国体育后备人才培养的模式产生很大的影响。研究提出,要基于协同治理理论,坚持“以体育人,健康第一”的教育理念,促进体校与学校组织管理多元化,构建校体工作管理中心模式,将学生运动员的文化教育与体育教育相互促进、相互协调,促进青少年的体质健康,培养其养成终身体育锻炼的意识,建立体育后备人才新机制。Sports education integration is the strategic path for the sports power construction.As the builders and successors of socialism,sports education integration has guiding significance in promoting the healthy and comprehensive development of young people.The research believes that the cultural education and sports of student athletes lack the overall driving force,and the advantages of sports schools and schools are not unified in theory and practical ability,which has a great impact on the training mode of sports reserve talents in China.The study proposed that,based on the theory of collaborative governance,we should adhere to the educational concept of"sports educate people,health first",promote the diversified organization and management of sports schools and schools,build the"school sports work management center"model,promote and coordinate the cultural education and physical education of student athletes,promote the physical health of young people,develop the awareness of lifelong physical exercise,and cultivate a new mechanism for sports reserve talents.
