大运河国家文化公园建设背景下的古镇复兴策略

摘　　要：大运河国家文化公园全国段的建设正在逐步展开,古镇作为运河沿线的重要节点,迎来重大发展机遇,但也存在着许多问题的挑战。文章对大运河国家文化公园相关政策及研究现状进行梳理,总结出目前建设实践中的五大问题,并以杭州市塘栖镇核心区城市设计为例,分析塘栖的现状与存在的问题,以保护、演进、再现、体验的逻辑彰显运河文化,从文旅与科研两方面为古镇发展注入动力。The construction of the national section of the Grand Canal National Cultural Park is gradually underway,and the ancient town,as an important node along the canal,has a major development opportunity,but also faces many problems and challenges.This paper compares the current status of policies and research related to the Grand Canal National Cultural Park,summarizes the five major problems in the current construction practice,and takes the core area urban design of Tangqi Town in Hangzhou as an example.The urban design analyzed the current situation and problems of Tangqi,highlights the canal culture with the logic of preservation,evolution,reproduction and experience,and injects momentum into the development of the ancient town from both cultural tourism and scientific research.
