基于KANO模型的城市街道自行车骑行需求研究--以郑州市金水区为例

摘  要:随着城市机动车数量的增加,环境问题、交通问题不断凸显,自行车交通体系作为绿色低碳出行的有效途径引起了学术界的广泛关注。文章以《郑州市中心城区步行和自行车交通系统专项规划》为依据,选取花园路-紫荆山路为研究对象,通过问卷调查、现场调研等方式获取数据并识别自行车友好街道的影响因子,结合KANO模型利用Better-Worse系数进行街道自行车友好性需求分析。结果显示:郑州市自行车出行期望需求有5项要素,魅力需求有3项。该研究旨在满足人们自行车出行的潜在需求,提高城市自行车出行率,进而达到改善交通、保护环境的目的。With the increase in the number of motor vehicles in cities,environmental problems and traffic problems have been highlighted,and the bicycle transportation system as an effective way of green and low-carbon travel has attracted wide attention from academics.Based on the Special Planning of Pedestrian and Bicycle Transportation System in the Central City of Zhengzhou,the paper selects Huayuan Road-Zijingshan Road as the research object,obtains data and identifies the influence factors of bicycle-friendly streets through questionnaires and on-site research,and conducts street bicycle-friendly demand analysis by combining KANO model using Better-Worse coefficient.The results show that there are five elements of desired demand for bicycle travel and three elements of charm demand in Zhengzhou.The study aims to meet people's potential demand for bicycle travel and increase the rate of bicycle travel in the city,which in turn will improve traffic and protect the environment.
