摘  要:文章旨在研究日粮中添加酿酒酵母发酵物、凝结芽孢杆菌及丁酸梭菌对哺乳母猪繁殖性能的影响,试验选胎次、体况和预产期相近的大约克纯种母猪40头,随机分为4组,每组10头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别为:酿酒酵母发酵物组是基础日粮+酿酒酵母发酵物(5000 g/t)、凝结芽孢杆菌组是基础日粮+凝结芽孢杆菌(50 g/t)、丁酸梭菌组是基础日粮+丁酸梭菌(20 g/t)。试验时间从妊娠(86±1)d至哺乳21 d断奶结束。结果表明:与对照组相比,(1)各试验组母猪在哺乳期背膘损失显著降低(P<0.05),酿酒酵母发酵物组仔猪断奶窝重显著提高(P<0.05);(2)酿酒酵母发酵物组母猪生产后4~21 d采食量显著提升(P<0.05),凝结芽孢杆菌组产后13~15 d采食量显著提高(P<0.05),并且酿酒酵母发酵物组产后7~18 d采食量显著高于丁酸梭菌组(P<0.05),产后7~9 d采食量显著高于凝结芽孢杆菌组(P<0.05),凝结芽孢杆菌组产后13~15 d采食量显著高于丁酸梭菌组(P<0.05);(3)酿酒酵母发酵物组哺乳母猪粪便含水率显著增加(P<0.05),各试验组哺乳母猪粪便酸溶性蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05);(4)酿酒酵母发酵物组仔猪血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05),凝结芽孢杆菌组仔猪血清中总蛋白显著提高(P<0.05),丁酸梭菌组仔猪血清中总蛋白、白蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05),但各试验组碱性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶活性显著降低(P<0.05)。结果提示,在该试验条件下,日粮中添加酿酒酵母发酵物对减少哺乳母猪背膘损失,快速恢复哺乳母猪采食量,提高粪便含水率,降低粪便酸溶蛋白含量,提高仔猪断奶窝重的效果最好;添加凝结芽孢杆菌、丁酸梭菌对母猪产后采食量尽快恢复,提高粪便含水率,促进仔猪生长等方面的效果不及添加酿酒酵母发酵物的效果,但添加凝结芽孢杆菌和丁酸梭菌两组之间效果差异不明显。This research was conducted to investigate the effects of the addition of Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Bacillus coagulans and Clostridium butyrate on reproductive performance of lactating sows.In this test,40 Yorkshire sows with similar parity,backfat and expected date of confinement were selected and divided into 4 groups,10 sows in each group.The control group was fed with the basic diet,while the test groups were fed with the basic diet supplemented with Saccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation(5000 g/t),Bacillus coagulans(50 g/t)and Clostridium butyricum(20 g/t).This experiment last about 49 days,start from(86±1)d of gestation and ended at 21 d of lactation.The results showed that:Compared with the control group,(1)the backfat loss of sows in each experimental group decreased significantly during lactation period(P<0.05),the weaning litter weight of piglets in Saccharomyces cerevisiae group increased significantly(P<0.05).(2)the Saccharomyces cerevisiae group promote the feed intake of sows postpartum 4~21d significantly(P<0.05),the Bacillus coagulans group promote the feed intake of sows postpartum 13~15d significantly(P<0.05).Moreover,the feed intake of sows in the Saccharomyces cerevisiae group was significantly higher than that in the Clostridium butyricum group postpartum 7~18d(P<0.05)and in the Bacillus coagulans group postpartum 7~9 d(P<0.05),the feed intake of sows in the Bacillus coagulans group was significantly higher than that in the Clostridium butyricum group postpartum 13~15d(P<0.05).(3)the fecal moisture content of lactating sows in Saccharomyces cerevisiae group increased significantly(P<0.05),and the acid~soluble protein content in feces decreased significantly in each test group(P<0.05).(4)the total protein,albumin,globulin content in serum of piglets in Saccharomyces cerevisiae group increased significantly,the total protein in serum of piglets in Bacillus coagulans group increased significantly(P<0.05),the contents of total protein and albumin in serum of piglets in Clostridium butyricum group
