摘 要:在市场经济条件下,未来企业间的竞争是人力资本的竞争,企业的可持续发展高度依赖于员工素质、知识和技能,因此,在人力资本理论视角下分析饲料企业创新人才队伍建设具有非常重要的现实意义。以人力资本理论为切入点,在探讨饲料企业面临的挑战,创新人才队伍现状的基础上制定出建设途径,力求为饲料企业吸引和培养核心人才,从而打造出一支优秀的创新人才队伍。Under the condition of market economy,the competition among enterprises in the future is the competition of human capital.The sustainable development of enterprises highly depends on the quality,knowledge and skills of employees.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze the construction of innovative talents in feed enterprises from the perspective of human capital theory.Taking the human capital theory as the starting point,on the basis of discussing the challenges faced by feed enterprises and the current situation of innovative talent team,it’s necessary to formulate the construction ways,and strives to attract and cultivate core talents for feed enterprises,so as to build an excellent innovative talent team.
