基于络病理论探讨行气活血法在糖尿病性勃起功能障碍中的应用

摘　　要：络病理论是中医学理论体系重要的一部分,众多疾病的发生发展最终可以归于瘀血阻络。该文在络病理论的基础上,探讨糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的发病的基本病因病机及其治法。糖尿病性勃起功能障碍主要是瘀血结聚于络脉,加之肝气不舒,气滞血瘀,最终导致糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的发生,临床主要以行气活血法贯穿治疗的始终,以期为临床治疗该病提供新思路。The theory of collateral diseases is an important part of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine.The occurrence and development of many diseases can be attributed to blood stasis blocking collaterals.Based on the theory of collateral disease,this paper discusses the basic etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction.Diabetic erectile dysfunction is mainly due to the accumulation of blood stasis in the collaterals,combined with liver Qi discomfort,Qi stagnation and blood stasis,which eventually leads to the occurrence of diabetic erectile dysfunction.Provide new ideas for the treatment of this disease.
