摘　　要：慢性胃炎是指因各种理化因素所引起的胃黏膜慢性炎症性病变,分为慢性萎缩性胃炎和慢性非萎缩性胃炎两大类,其发病率高且难以根治,现代医学在治疗此类疾病时往往效果不佳。中医认为引起慢性胃炎的病因繁多,龙祖宏教授在总结前人的经验基础上,归纳此病病机之根本在于脾胃升降失常,中焦气机郁滞。临床辨证时,龙祖宏教授多围绕疼痛、痞满、呃逆嗳气、饮食、五味、二便等多个方面审证察机,因机立法、选方,总以疏肝健脾、调畅气机为治疗大法,并虚实相兼、寒热同调、气血并治,临床治疗此类疾病疗效显著。Chronic gastritis refers to the chronic inflammatory lesions of gastric mucosa caused by various physical and chemical factors.It is divided into two categories:chronic atrophic gastritis and chronic non-atrophic gastritis.Its incidence is high and difficult to cure.Modern medicine is in the treatment of such disease is often ineffective.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that there are many causes of chronic gastritis.On the basis of summarizing the experience of his predecessors,Professor LONG Zuhong concluded that the pathogenesis of this disease lies in the abnormal rise and fall of the spleen and stomach,and the stagnation of the middle qi.In clinical syndrome differentiation,prof.LONG Zuhong mainly examines the mechanism in terms of pain,fullness,hiccups,belching,diet,five flavors,and two bowel movements.The mechanism is the treatment method,and the combination of deficiency and reality,the synchronization of cold and heat,and the combination of Qi and blood,have a significant clinical effect in the treatment of such diseases.
