国医大师干祖望经验方治疗脾虚湿热型复发性口疮撷菁

摘　　要：复发性口疮为临床常见病,其易反复发作,病程缠绵,西医目前尚无根治之法。陈国丰教授继承国医大师干祖望教授对复发性口疮脾虚湿热证的认识,认为复发性口疮为本虚标实之证,其中脾虚为本,湿热为标,临床以脾虚湿热证多见,治疗以醒健脾土,清化湿热为原则,使用干祖望经验方加减,并注重寒温并用,引火归元;内服外敷,消肿止痛;分期论治,持续用药,并结合个体养护对患者进行健康宣教,取得良好疗效。Recurrent aphthous ulcer is a common clinical disease,which is easy to recur and has a lingering course.At present,there is no cure for western medicine.Professor CHEN Guofeng inherited the knowledge of Professor GAN Zuwang,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,on recurrent aphthous ulcers with spleen deficiency and dampheat syndrome,and believed that recurrent aphthous ulcers are the syndrome of deficiency and excess,among which spleen deficiency is the primary and damp-heat is the standard.Rejuvenate the spleen,clear away dampness and heat as the principle,use Ganzuwang experience formula to add and subtract,and pay attention to the combination of cold and warm,to induce fire and return to the original;take it orally and externally,reduce swelling and relieve pain;treat patients in stages,continue to use medication,and combine individual care for patients Carry out health education and achieve good results.
