摘  要:目的:比较不同煎煮时间内大黄药材中总蒽醌和游离蒽醌成分的含量变化,为大黄药材临床入汤剂的煎煮时间提供参考。方法:采用HPLC法,以大黄药材中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚的五种成分总含量为检测指标,分别测定在5min、10 min、15 min、20 min、30 min、40 min的总蒽醌和游离蒽醌含量,对其含量变化情况进行分析比较。结果:大黄最粗粉水沸后入水煎煮时间为5 min时总蒽醌和游离蒽醌成分的含量最高,大黄饮片水沸后入水煎煮,煎煮时间为20min时总蒽醌和游离蒽醌成分的含量达到最高值。结论:生大黄临床发挥泻下作用时,大黄饮片水沸后入汤剂煎煮20 min为最佳后下时间。Objective:To compare the content changes of total anthraquinones and free anthraquinones in rhubarb medicinal materials in different decoction time,and to provide reference for the decocting time of rhubarb medicinal materials into decoction.Method:HPLC method,the total content of five components of aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol,and emodin methyl ether in rhubarb medicinal materials were used as detection indicators,and the determinations were carried out at 5 min,10 min,15 min,20 min,and 20 min respectively.The contents of total anthraquinone and free anthraquinone at 30 min and 40 min were analyzed and compared.Results:The content of total anthraquinone and free anthraquinone was the highest when the coarsest powder of rhubarb was boiled and boiled in water for 5 min.The total anthraquinone and free anthraquinone of rhubarb decoction pieces were boiled and boiled,and the total anthraquinone and free anthracene were boiled for 20 minutes.The content of quinone components reached the highest value.Conclusion:When raw rhubarb has a purgative effect clinically,it is the best time for rhubarb decoction pieces to boil and decoction for 20 minutes.
