徐氏安胎饮联合依诺肝素治疗子宫动脉血管阻力增高导致复发性流产的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:使用徐氏安胎饮联合依诺肝素注射液治疗因子宫动脉血管阻力增高而导致复发性流产(Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion,RSA)的患者,观察患者的双侧子宫动脉血管阻力及中医症状积分的变化。方法:选取安徽省中医院2021年9月-2022年2月符合条件的RSA住院患者41例,随机分为单用依诺肝素治疗组(以下简称对照组)21例,徐氏安胎饮联合依诺肝素治疗组(以下简称实验组)20例。2组均从入院后完善相关检查后的第3天开始干预,干预3周。比较2组患者治疗前后的搏动指数(Pulsatility Index:PI)、阻力指数(Resistance Index:RI)、子宫动脉收缩末期峰值与舒张末期峰值比值(Peak Systolic Velocity/End Diastolie Veloeity:S/D)及中医症状积分的变化。结果:治疗后2组患者双侧PI、RI、S/D值及中医症状积分较治疗前均显著下降,且实验组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:徐氏安胎饮联合依诺肝素能有效降低RSA患者的子宫动脉阻力,增强子宫的血流灌注,改善临床症候,利于胚胎生长发育,预防RSA患者再发流产。Objective:To use Xu's Antai decoction combined with enoxaparin injection to treat patients with recurrent abortion(RSA)due to increased uterine artery vascular resistance,and to observe the bilateral uterine artery vascular resistance and TCM symptom scores of the patients.The change.Methods:A total of 41 eligible patients with RSA who were admitted to Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into 21 cases of enoxaparin alone treatment group(hereinafter referred to as the control group),Xu's Antai Yin combined with There were 20 patients in the enoxaparin treatment group(hereinafter referred to as the experimental group).Both groups started the intervention on the 3rd day after completing the relevant examination after admission,and the intervention lasted for 3 weeks.Comparison of pulsatility index(Pulsatility Index:PI),resistance index(Resistance Index:RI),uterine artery peak end-systolic and end-diastolic peak ratio(Peak Systolic Velocity/End Diastolie Veloeity:S/D)of patients in the two groups before and after treatment and TCM Changes in symptom scores.Results:After treatment,the bilateral PI,RI,S/D values and TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Xu's Antai decoction combined with enoxaparin can effectively reduce uterine artery resistance,enhance uterine blood perfusion,improve clinical symptoms,facilitate embryo growth and development,an d prevent recurrent miscarriage in RSA patients.
