运用扶正祛邪法治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症气虚血瘀型疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察运用扶正祛邪法治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症气虚血瘀型的疗效,进一步推广扶正祛邪法在妇科临床诊疗过程中的应用。方法:将符合纳入标准的患者60例,采用随机分组法分为对照组30例和观察组30例。对照组予常规西药(左氧氟沙星片+奥硝唑胶囊)口服,观察组采用中药(二丹红藤败酱汤联合四君子汤)加减治疗。7d为1个疗程,连用3个疗程,观察治疗前后患者中医症候积分、妇检体征积分、随访生活质量评价的改变情况。结果:2组在中医症候积分、妇检体征积分上比较,差异具有统计学意义;2组治疗后有效率、随访2月生活质量评价比较,差异具有统计学意义。结论:对于盆腔炎性疾病后遗症气虚血瘀型患者,运用扶正祛邪法经中药二丹红藤败酱汤合四君子汤加减治疗后能得到良好的临床疗效,表明运用扶正祛邪法,使用健脾益气、活血祛瘀的药物可显著改善患者的临床症状,并且可作为治疗该病的一种有效方法,值得进一步研究和推广。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Fuzheng Quxie method in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and to further promote the application of Fuzheng Quxie method in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gynecology.Methods:A total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the observation group.The control group was given conventional western medicine(levofloxacin tablets+ornidazole capsules)orally,and the observation group was given modified Chinese medicine(Erdan Hongtengbaijiang Decoction combined with Sijunzi Decoction).7d was a course of treatment,and three courses of treatment were used in a row.The changes of TCM symptom scores,gynecological signs scores and follow-up quality of life evaluation were observed before and after treatment.Results:There were statistically significant differences in TCM symptom scores and gynecological signs scores between the two groups.There were statistically significant differences in the effective rate after treatment and the 2-month follow-up quality of life evaluation between the two groups.Conclusion:For patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,good clinical curative effect can be obtained after the treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine Erdan Hongtengbaijiang Decoction and Sijunzi Decoction.Drugs for spleen invigorating qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and can be used as an effective method for the treatment of this disease,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
