摘　　要：首载于《金匮要略》的当归芍药散是张仲景所创立的经典方,最早用于治疗妇人腹痛病。当归芍药散具有活血利水的功效,现代中医临床实践中,在妇科、内科、皮肤科、眼科和耳鼻咽喉科等领域,均有使用当归芍药散的临床报道,其主要用于治疗痛经、慢性盆腔炎、子宫内膜异位症、慢性胃炎、水肿、肝硬化腹水、腹泻、糖尿病肾病、肾病综合征、黄褐斑、慢性鼻炎、梅尼埃病、黄斑水肿等疾病,并且已取得显著的临床疗效,印证了中医临床“异病同治”的理论。目前的研究表明,当归芍药散临床应用前景广泛。该文综述了近年来当归芍药散的相关临床研究报道,为进一步研究其作用机制和推广临床应用提供参考依据。Danggui Shaoyao Powder,first published in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,is a classic prescription founded by Zhang Zhongjing,which was first used to treat abdominal pain in women.Danggui Shaoyao Powder has the effect of promoting blood circulation and invigorating water.In the clinical practice of modern Chinese medicine,there are clinical reports of using Danggui Shaoyao Powder in the fields of gynecology,internal medicine,dermatology,ophthalmology and otolaryngology.It is mainly used for the treatment of dysmenorrhea,chronic pelvic cavity Inflammation,endometriosis,chronic gastritis,edema,cirrhosis,ascites,diarrhea,diabetic nephropathy,nephrotic syndrome,chloasma,chronic rhinitis,Meniere's disease,macular edema and other diseases,and has achieved significant clinical The curative effect confirms the theory of“same treatment for different diseases”in TCM clinical practice.The current research shows that Danggui Shaoyao Powder has a broad prospect of clinical application.This paper reviews the relevant clinical research reports of Danggui Shaoyao Powder in recent years,and provides a reference for further study of its mechanism of action and promotion of clinical application.
