25%硫酸镁湿敷联合会阴理疗治疗产后会阴水肿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析25%硫酸镁湿敷联合会阴理疗治疗产后会阴水肿的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2022年8月滨州市中心医院收治的产后会阴水肿患者40例为观察对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各20例。对照组给予25%的硫酸镁湿敷治疗,观察组给予施25%硫酸镁湿敷联合红外线理疗治疗。比较两组临床疗效、好转时间、治愈时间。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者好转时间、痊愈时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:25%硫酸镁湿敷联合红外线会阴理疗治疗产后会阴水肿临床效果显著,可以有效改善临床症状,缩短痊愈时间。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of 25% magnesium sulfate wet compress combined with perineal physiotherapy in the treatment of postpartum perineal edema.Methods:A total of 40 patients with perineal edema after delivery in Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the observation subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random digital number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with 25%magnesium sulfate wet compress,and the observation group was treated with 25%magnesium sulfate wet compress combined with infrared physiotherapy.The clinical efficacy,improvement time and healing time of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time and healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of 25%magnesium sulfate wet compress combined with infrared perineal physiotherapy in the treatment of postpartum perineal edema is significant,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and shorten the healing time.
