补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀证型中风恢复期的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析气虚血瘀证型中风恢复期患者接受补阳还五汤治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年7月-2022年6月广州中医药大学顺德医院附属勒流医院收治的气虚血瘀证型中风恢复期患者60例为观察对象,以随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予补阳还五汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、肢体运动能力、生活活动能力、平衡能力、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者肢体运动功能、生活活动能力、平衡能力评分均提高,观察组肢体运动功能、生活活动能力、平衡能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:气虚血瘀证型中风恢复期患者接受补阳还五汤治疗,效果显著,其肢体运动功能、平衡能力、生活活动能力等得到有效改善,安全性较好。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on convalescent stroke patients with syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency.Methods:Sixty convalescent stroke patients with syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency who were treated in Leliu Hospital Affiliated to Shunde Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the observation subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random digital number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received Buyang Huanwu Decoction.The treatment effect,limb exercise ability,life activity ability,balance ability,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of limb exercise function,life activity ability and balance ability of the two groups were improved,and the scores of limb exercise function,life activity ability and balance ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of treatment adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The convalescent stroke patients with syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency receive the treatment of Buyang Huanwu Decoction,the effect is remarkable,and their limb exercise function,balance ability,and life activity ability are effectively improved,with better safety.
