中西医联合疗法对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰腿痛的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中西医联合疗法对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年6月-2022年6月河北省涞源县中医院骨科收治的LDH患者86例为观察对象,以随机数表法分为对照组42例和观察组44例。对照组给予西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予身痛逐瘀汤和针刺治疗。对比两组患者的血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血清白介素-6(IL-6)、血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、改良Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分与临床效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者VAS评分、ODI评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医联合治疗LDH患者腰腿痛疗效显著,可缓解患者机体的炎性反应,减轻患者的疼痛感,改善腰椎功能,促进病情改善。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy analysis of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on low back and leg pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:From June 2021 to June 2022,86 patients with LDH who were admitted to Department of Orthopedics in Laiyuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hebei Province were selected as the observation subjects,and they were divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(44 cases)according to random digital number table method.The control group was given western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Shentong Zhuyu Decoction and acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.Serum tumor necrosis factorα(TNFα),serum interleukin-6(IL-6),serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,modified Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)scores,and clinical outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP decreased in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and ODI score decreased in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy has remarkable effect on low back and leg pain in patients with LDH,which can alleviate the inflammatory reaction of the patient's body,alleviate the patient's pain,improve the function of lumbar spine,and promote the improvement of the disease condition.
