摘  要:目的 建立HPLC法同时测定杜仲平压分散片中京尼平苷酸、新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、芦丁和异槲皮苷的含量。方法 色谱柱为Thermo Hypersil Gold-C柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);以乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸(B)流动相,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1);柱温为30℃,检测波长为238 nm(京尼平苷酸)、327 nm(新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸)、354 nm(芦丁、异槲皮苷);进样量为10 μL。结果 京尼平苷酸、新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、芦丁、异槲皮苷分别在2.688~26.88、9.967~99.67、13.62~136.2、10.53~105.3、2.162~21.62、2.065~20.65 μg·mL^(-1)与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.9991);平均回收率为99.16%~104.76%,RSD为1.1%~2.3%。结论 该方法重复性好、准确度高,可作为杜仲平压分散片的质量控制。Objective To simultaneously determine geniposidic acid,neochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,rutin and isoquercetin in Duzhong pingya dispersible tablet by HPLC.Methods HPLC analysis was conducted on Thermo Hypersil Gold-Ccolumn (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile (A)-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (B) as the mobile phase in gradient elution at 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The column temperature was 30℃,and the injection volume was 10 μL.The detection wavelength was 238 nm for geniposidic acid,327 nm for neochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,and cryptochlorogenic acid,354 nm for rutin,isoquercetin.Results Geniposidic acid,neochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,rutin and isoquercetin showed good linearity at 2.688~26.88,9.967~99.67,13.62~136.2,10.53~105.3,2.162~21.62,and 2.065~20.65 μg·mL^(-1) respectively (r≥0.9991).The average recoveries were at 99.16%~104.76%,with the RSDs of 1.1%~2.3%.Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Duzhong Pingya dispersible tablets.
