摘 要:目的 制订一组符合我院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)实际情况的合理、规范、科学的新型调配模式。方法 收集我院PIVAS采用传统调配模式和新型调配模式一个月的数据分别纳入对照组和观察组,进行统计分析比对。结果 采用新型模式的普通药物和抗菌药物平均排药核对时间和过程差错均显著少于传统模式组,各类药物采用新型配置复核模式后,减少了工作时间,除抗菌药物外,其他各类型药物配置复核过程中的差错数均低于传统模式。结论 新型调配模式提高了调配各环节工作效率,减少了差错率,符合我院PIVAS实际情况。Objective To establish a rational and standardized new dispensing mode that is in line with the actual situation of pharmacy intravenous admixture service (PIVAS) in our hospital.Methods Data of PIVAS in our hospital with traditional dispensing mode and new dispensing mode of one month were collected from a control group and an observation group respectively for statistical analysis and comparison.Results The average medicine arrangement and checking time and process error of common antibiotics in the new model group was much shorter than that in the traditional model group.After the new dispensing and checking mode was adopted for all drugs,the working time was reduced.Except for antibiotics,the number of errors of other types of drugs was lower than that of the traditional model.Conclusion The new deployment dispensing mode improves the working efficiency of each process and reduces the error rate,which accords with the actual situation of PIVAS in our hospital.
