摘　　要：早期、准确的评估创伤患者损伤严重程度及生理状况是治疗重症创伤患者的重要环节。评分系统将患者解剖损伤程度、生理状况、并发症发生及既往健康状况等进行数字化定量分析,用于创伤严重程度评估、治疗能力评价、预后因素分析等方面,进而改善患者预后,降低死亡率及治疗成本。本文就损伤严重度评分(ISS)、急性生理学与慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分、序贯器官衰竭评分(SOFA)、创伤和损伤严重程度评分(ERISS)四项临床常用于重症监护室中创伤患者预后评分系统及近年来国内外新型重症创伤评分系统的适用范围、评估方式、应用现状、不足之处及最新进展进行综述,并对未来通用重症创伤评分系统的建立及发展提出想法。Early and accurate evaluation of trauma severity and physiological status of trauma patients is an important link in the treatment of severe trauma patients.The scoring system digitally and quantitatively analyzes the degree of anatomical injury,physiological condition,complication and previous health status of patients,which can be used to evaluate and analyze the degree of trauma,the treatment ability and the prognostic factors,so as to improve the prognosis of patients and reduce the mortality and treatment cost.This article reviews the four prognostic scoring systems for trauma patients commonly used in intensive care unit,including injury severity score(ISS),trauma and injury severity score(TRISS),acute physiology and chronic health evaluation scoring systemⅡ(APACHEⅡ),sequential organ failure assessment score(SOFA),and the new severe trauma scoring systems at home and abroad in recent years,including their application scope,evaluation methods,application status,shortcomings and latest progress.The article puts forward some ideas on the establishment and development of the general severe trauma scoring system in the future.
