摘　　要：膝骨关节炎是一种以退行性病理改变为基础的疾病。膝骨关节炎的发病机制尚未完全明确。目前,西医治疗膝骨关节炎尚无明确有效的疗法。中医对膝骨关节炎有着全面的认识,能从疾病根源进行治疗和调理,在膝骨关节炎的治疗中优势显著。根据膝骨关节炎患者症状精选中医疗法,能发挥控制病情、改变病理等作用。为更好地总结中医药在膝骨关节炎的临床治疗经验,本文收集相关文献进行综述。Knee osteoarthritis is a disease based on degenerative pathological changes.The pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis is not fully understood.At present,there is no clear and effective western medicine treatment for knee osteoarthritis.Traditional Chinese medicine has a comprehensive understanding of knee osteoarthritis,and can treat and regulate the disease from the root,which has significant advantages in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Selecting traditional Chinese medicine therapy according to the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis patients can control the disease and change the pathology.In order to better summarize the clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,this paper collects relevant literature for review.
