肌骨超声在踝关节距腓前韧带损伤患者康复治疗中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析高频超声诊断技术在踝关节距腓前韧带损伤患者康复诊疗中的价值。方法选取2020年3月至2022年3月大连康复疗养中心收入院的在超声检查监测下康复诊疗的30例距腓前韧带损伤的患者作为试验组,同期本医院内收入院的没有开展超声监测下康复诊疗的30例距腓前韧带损伤的患者作为对照组。试验组在康复诊疗过程中对患者开展超声检测并实时监测韧带情况,依照超声检测结果调节患者的诊疗计划,对照组在康复疗程中根据患者反馈和临床查体调整方案。分别对两组患者的康复效果、韧带厚度以及积液厚度、踝关节功能评分进行评估,以讨论肌骨超声检查技术在踝关节距腓前韧带损伤患者康复诊疗过程中的价值。结果在治疗后两组患者康复效果比较中,试验组康复率为90%,对照组康复率为63%,试验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的韧带以及积液厚度、踝关节功能评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组的韧带厚度(3.73±0.34)mm、积液厚度(2.56±0.62)mm、踝关节功能评分(88.88±1.81)分,对照组的韧带厚度(4.14±0.44)mm、积液厚度(4.96±0.78)mm、踝关节功能评分(80.24±1.55)分,试验组患者均显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌骨超声检查作为一种可重复性强、便捷、可实时动态扫查的影像学手段,在踝关节距腓前韧带损伤的康复治疗中,可以明确诊断距腓前韧带的损伤程度,为患者康复治疗方案的制定和调整提供参考依据,有效地提高了康复治疗效果,促进了踝关节损伤的功能恢复。Objective To analyze the value of high-frequency ultrasound in the rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment of patients with anterior talofibular ligament injury of ankle joint.Methods From March 2020 to March 2022,30 patients with anterior talofibular ligament injury admitted to Dalian Rehabilitation and Recuperation Center under ultrasound monitoring were selected as the experimental group,and 30 patients with anterior talofibular ligament injury admitted to Dalian Rehabilitation and Recuperation Center without ultrasound monitoring were selected as the control group during the same period.The experimental group carried out ultrasound testing and real-time monitoring of the ligament in the process of rehabilitation,and adjusted the diagnosis and treatment plan according to the results of ultrasound testing,while the control group adjusted the plan according to the patient's feedback and clinical physical examination during the rehabilitation course.In order to discuss the value of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the rehabilitation of patients with anterior talofibular ligament injury,the rehabilitation effect,ligament thickness,effusion thickness and ankle function score of the two groups were evaluated respectively.Results In the comparison of the rehabilitation effect between the two groups after treatment,the rehabilitation rate was 90%in the experimental group versus 63%of the control group,which showed the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in ligament and effusion thickness and ankle function score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the ligament thickness and effusion thickness of the experimental group were(3.73±0.34)mm and(2.56±0.62)mm,and the ankle joint function score was(88.88±1.81).The ligament thickness and effusion thickness of the control group were(4.14±0.44)mm and(4.96±0.78)mm,and the ankle function score of the experimental group was(80.24±1.55),which were significantly better than thos
