摘　　要：目的为临床使用中医药方法治疗痰瘀阻络型脊髓损伤后遗症提供一定的方向和思路。方法通过对具体病例的治疗方案,在确有疗效的基础上进行分析、归纳与总结。结果经治疗后,患者肢体肌力有明显恢复,头晕头痛症状消失,肌张力亢进,腱反射增强。结论中医药方法治疗痰瘀阻络型脊髓损伤后遗症确有疗效,患者预后良好,能显著改善患者今后生活体验。Objective To provide a certain direction and idea for clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat sequelae of spinal cord injury of phlegm and blood stasis type.Methods The treatment plan of specific cases was analyzed,induced and summarized on the basis of effective results.Results After treatment,the patient's limb muscle strength recovered significantly,dizziness and headache symptoms disappeared,muscle tension increased,and tendon reflex increased.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating sequelae of spinal cord injury of phlegm and blood stasis type.The prognosis of the patients is good and the life experience of the patients in the future can be significantly improved.
