摘　　要：尺缩效应是爱因斯坦相对论中的一个重要论断.该文分别运用闵可夫斯基时空图和秦元勋教授的三一理论对尺缩效应进行了证明.Length contraction effect is an important assertion in Einstein's relativity theory.This paper gives two proofs of this assertion,using Minkowski space-time diagram and Professor Qin Yuanxun's trinity theory,respectively.
