摘  要:目的:推行结合射频识别(RFID)技术的智能手术套包模式与智能手术套包柜,以提高手术室库房智能化物流管理水平及医用耗材的精细化管理水平。方法:结合医院多个相关信息化系统,在SPD系统中建立各手术术式对应的智能手术套包,并通过智能手术套包的自适应配置方法对手术室耗材进行智能化管理。结果:该智能手术套包模式应用后耗材回收率显著下降,手术耗材配送数量与回收数量大幅减少,规范了医用耗材的合理使用,实现了医用耗材全流程可追溯,提高了医护人员的工作效率。结论:SPD模式下智能手术套包模式的应用可以提高医院医用耗材的精细化管理水平。Objective To improve the intelligent logistics management level of the operating room warehouse and refined management level of medical consumables by implementing the intelligent surgical kit mode and kit cabinet combined with radio frequency identification(RFID) technology. Methods Combined with multiple related information systems of the hospital, the intelligent surgical kits corresponding to each surgical type were established in the SPD system. The operating room consumables were intelligently managed based on the adaptive configuration of the surgical kits. Results After the application of the intelligent surgical kit pattern, the recovery rate of consumables decreased significantly, and the quantity of surgical consumables distributed and recovered reduced significantly,which standardized the reasonable use of medical consumables, realized the whole-process traceability of medical consumables, and improved the efficiency of medical staff. Conclusion The application of intelligent surgical kits with SPD pattern can improve the refined management level of medical consumables in hospitals.
