摘　　要：目的:建立一个科学、实用的急诊移动护理信息系统应用于临床。方法:分析急诊业务需求及业务流程,设计适合我院急诊的护理信息系统。结果:护理信息系统应用以后,患者抢救成功率提高;护士在信息查询、医嘱执行、护理文件书写以及识别患者风险4个方面的满意度均显著提高(P<0.05);护理文件书写合格率也显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:急诊移动护理信息系统方便快捷,能提升护士工作效率和护理工作质量,保障患者安全。Objective To establish a scientific and practical emergency mobile nursing information system for clinical application. Methods The operation demands and operation process of emergency were analyzed and a nursing information system suitable for the emergency of our hospital was designed. Results After using the nursing information system, the success rate of patient resuscitation increased. Satisfaction rates in nurses’ information query,execution of doctor’s advice, writing of nursing documents and identification of patient risks were significantly improved(P <0.05). The qualified rate of nursing document writing was significantly increased(P <0.05). Conclusion The emergency mobile nursing information system is convenient and fast, which can improve nurses’ efficiency and nursing work quality, and ensure the safety of patients.
