摘 要:油菜是世界主要油料作物。倒伏问题是制约油菜机械化生产和产量提高的重要因素之一。矮秆油菜抗倒伏,有利于提高产量。因此,选育矮秆资源对油菜抗倒和高产育种具有重要意义。近年来,相关研究报道了多个具有育种价值的油菜矮秆材料,定位克隆了矮秆性状相关基因。本文就油菜矮秆相关基因定位克隆及其在育种中的应用研究进展进行综述,以期为发掘新的油菜矮秆基因以及油菜抗倒高产分子设计育种提供参考。Brassica napus is the main oil crop in the world.Lodging is one of the important factors for restricting rapeseed mechanized production and yield increase.Dwarfism in crops is lodging resistance and beneficial for yield production.Therefore,breeding novel dwarf resources is of great significance for breeding lodging resistant and high-yield in B.napus.Recently,many dwarf materials with breeding value have been reported in rapeseed,and dwarf-related genes have been mapped and cloned.This article reviews the research progress in dwarf-related genes mapping and cloning and its application of breeding in B.napus,which would provide a reference for exploring new dwarf genes and molecular design breeding with lodging resistance and high-yield in B.napus.
