温肾活血方药联合艾灸治疗肾阳虚血瘀型卵巢储备功能减退临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温肾活血方药联合艾灸治疗肾阳虚血瘀型卵巢储备功能减退的临床疗效。方法:将80例符合纳入标准的卵巢储备功能减退患者随机分为两组各40例,其中对照组予雌孕激素人工周期为主的西医综合治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上予以温肾活血方药联合艾灸治疗,比较两组治疗前后的临床症状、窦卵泡数、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.5%,显著高于对照组的75.0%(P﹤0.05);治疗组治疗后FSH值低于对照组,E2值显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗组治疗后AFC数显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:温肾活血方药联合艾灸治疗肾阳虚血瘀型卵巢储备功能减退临床疗效确切,能有效缓解症状,并改善卵巢功能。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine for warming kidney and activating blood circulation and moxibustion on ovarian reserve dysfunction with syndrome of kidney-yang deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:80 cases of patients with ovarian reserve dysfunction,who met the criteria,were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was comprehensively treated with western medicine based on artificial cycle of estrogen and progesterone hormone,while the study group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine for warming kidney and activating blood circulation and moxibustion on the basis of control group.The clinical symptoms,number of antral follicle(AFC),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of study group was 92.5%,which was significantly higher than 75%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FSH value of study group was lower than that of control group,E2 value of study group was significantly higher than that of control group;and compared between two groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of AFC of study group was significantly more than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of warming kidney and activating blood circulation and moxibustion has the definite clinical efficacy on ovarian reserve dysfunction with syndrome of kidney-yang deficiency and blood stasis,which can effectively relieve the symptoms and improve the ovarian function.
