摘 要:随着移动互联时代的到来,消费者从原来的商超买卖关系转变为以体验为主的购物中心服务关系,购物中心和城市综合体逐渐兴起,并取代原来百货商业地位。购物中心的客流量直接影响销售业绩,已成为商业运营的一项重要考核指标。本文从车场客流、入口客流和沿街客流三组数据分别运用不同方法进行检测和统计,从而形成数据运营中心,购物中心面积大、功能齐全且沿街店面和出入口众多,利用现有客流统计设备和统计方法是客流统计的关键所在。本文采用简单随机抽样、利用智能车场系统车辆数量推算出车场客流;购物中心各入口客流量从智能视频客流系统得出;从沿街店铺交易笔数计算沿街客流。最后,将车场客流、入口客流和沿街客流三个客流加总得出整个购物中心的客流量,按照季节变动的直接按季平均法分析季节变动对客流的影响。With the advent of the mobile Internet era,in terms of the relationship with shops,consumers have changed from the original buying and selling model to the service experiencing and off ering model.Shopping centers and urban complexes have gradually emerged to replace the original stores’commercial status.The customer flow of shopping centers directly aff ects sales performance and has become an important assessment index for commercial operations.In this paper,we use diff erent methods to detect and count three sets of data of the customer fl ow from the car park,entrance and along the street,to form a data operation tank.The shopping centers are large and functional,and have many stores and entrances along the street,so it is crucial to use the existing equipment and statistical methods to count the customer fl ow.This paper uses simple random sampling and the number of vehicles in the intelligent car park systems to project the customer fl ow in the car park.The customer fl ow at each entrance of the shopping center is derived from intelligent video traffi c systems.The customer fl ow along the street is calculated from the number of transactions in the stores along the street.Finally,the customer fl ow of the whole shopping center is obtained by summing up the customer fl ow of the car park,the entrance traffi c and the street traffi c.The impact of seasonal changes on the customer fl ow is analyzed according to the direct seasonal averaging method of seasonal changes.
