摘　　要：随着移动通信技术演进及铁路智能化发展,全球铁路移动通信专网正在向5G专网升级。国际铁路联盟(UIC)制定了面向未来铁路移动通信系统的升级计划,从标准、技术、产业、频率、试验等方面分阶段推进系统研发和部署,目标是2025年在欧洲开展第1版本铁路5G专网系统的部署。国际标准组织第3代合作伙伴计划(3GPP)根据铁路行业需求制定通信技术规范,不断演进的5G标准逐步满足未来铁路通信要求。介绍铁路5G专网发展背景,跟踪欧洲铁路5G专网技术发展情况,分析3GPP针对铁路行业技术规范和5G标准演进情况,对我国铁路5G专网技术发展提出建议。With the evolution of mobile communication technology and the development of railway intelligence,the global railway mobile communication private network is upgrading to 5G private network.UIC has formulated an upgrade plan for FRMCS to promote system R&D and deployment in stages in terms of standards,technologies,industries,frequencies,tests,etc.,with the goal to deploy the first version of the railway 5G private network system in Europe by 2025.ISO 3GPP has formulated communication technical specifications according to the needs of the railway industry,and the evolving 5G standard gradually meets the requirements of future railway communication.This paper follows up the technical development of 5G private network in European railways,analyzes the ISO 3GPP,and puts forward suggestions on the technical development of 5G private network in China’s railways according to the technical specifications of the railway industry and the evolution of 5G standards.
