水性高性能内墙釉面涂料的研制

摘　　要：针对目前建筑内墙乳胶漆装饰涂层普遍存在的耐久性一般、强度低、易划伤,抗菌防霉性差,抗污渍和耐沾污性不佳的问题,制备了一款水性双组分高性能内墙釉面涂料,并对影响涂层性能的A、B组分的物质的量之比、颜料体积浓度、防霉抗菌剂、蜡乳液用量等关键因素进行了探讨。In view of the problems commonly existing in the decorative coating of latex paint for interior wall of building at present,such as general durability,low strength,easy scratching,poor antibacterial and mildew resistance,poor stain and stain resistance,a water-based two-component glaze coatings with high performance for interior wall was prepared.And the key factors affecting the coating performance,such as the mole ratio of A and B components,pigment volume concentration,dosage of antifungal and antibacterial agent,wax emulsion content were discussed.
