摘　　要：研究了几种胺类、叔胺类、羟基及巯基化合物等环氧树脂固化促进剂对环氧树脂的固化促进效果。研究表明,使用带巯基的固化促进剂对环氧树脂固化的促进效果最佳。选用了3种含巯基的固化促进剂促进环氧地坪漆的固化。通过对环氧地坪漆的表干时间、实干时间的观察,以及冲击强度、漆膜硬度、漆膜附着力和弯曲试验等性能测试,结果表明,采用带巯基的SPT固化促进剂对环氧地坪漆的固化促进效果最为明显,当SPT的添加量在10%时,地坪漆的附着力和漆膜硬度也有所增强。The effect of several kinds of epoxy resin curing promoters,such as amines,tertiary amines,hydroxyl and sulfhydryl compounds on epoxy resin curing was studied.The results showed that the curing accelerator with sulfhydryl group had the best effect on the curing of epoxy resin.Therefore,three kinds of curing accelerators containing sulfhydryl group were selected to promote the curing of epoxy floor paint.Through the observation of the surface drying time and actual drying time of epoxy floor paint,as well as the performance tests of impact strength,film hardness,film adhesion and bending test,the results showed that the use of sulfhydryl SPT curing accelerator had the most obvious promotion effect on the curing of epoxy floor paint.When the addition amount of SPT was 10%,the adhesion and hardness of floor paint were also enhanced.
