摘　　要：介绍了国内外聚氨酯涂料的研究和发展情况,阐述了一种低成本水性双组分聚氨酯面漆的制备方法,并对影响涂料主要性能的因素做了分析。该产品具有良好的耐候性能,人工老化测试可达700 h;同时具有较好的耐化学品性能,耐50 g/L H_(2)SO_(4)与50 g/L NaOH可以超过24 h,适用于一般工业防腐和工程机械等领域。This paper introduced the research and development situation of polyurethane coatings at home and abroad,expounded the preparation method of a low-cost waterborne 2K polyurethane topcoat,and analyzed the factors affecting the main properties of the coatings.The product had good weather resistance and the aging test could reach 700 h.At the same time,it had good chemical resistance and the resistance to 50 g/L H_(2)SO_(4) and 50 g/L NaOH could exceed 24 h.It was suitable for general industrial anticorrosion and engineering machinery,etc.
