摘　　要：通过设计一种坚韧的高固体分醇酸树脂制备聚氨酯亮光清漆,在获得高交联密度的同时具有较好的柔韧性,提高了涂膜弹性形变的修复能力,同时利用有机硅助剂的表面富集有效降低涂层表面的摩擦因数,进一步减少外力对涂膜的损伤作用,明显提高亮光涂膜的抗划伤性能,从而长期保持家具漂亮的外观。The polyurethane gloss varnish was prepared by designing a tough high-solid alkyd resin,it had high crosslinking density and good flexibility to improve the repair ability of the elastic deformation of the coating film.At the same time,the surface enrichment of silicone additives could effectively reduce the friction coefficient of the coating surface,further reduce the damage effect of external force on the coating film,and significantly improve the scratch resistance of the gloss coating film.Thus the beautiful appearance of the furniture would be maintained for a long time.
