摘 要:采用水性涂料是汽车涂装行业的趋势,其搅拌的好坏程度会直接影响喷涂质量及整车车身美感,是影响汽车品质的核心环节。以涂料搅拌混合设备为研究对象,根据某公司提供的汽车涂装工况参数,分别对适用于水性涂料的二折叶搅拌器、推进式搅拌器、复合式搅拌器开展CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics,计算流体动力学)数值模拟,分析对比不同搅拌器作用下的速度云图、速度矢量图和速度分布图,得出了复合式搅拌器相对混合效果较好的结论。The use of waterborne paint is the trend of automobile coating industry.The degree of mixing will directly affect the spray quality and vehicle body aesthetic feeling,which is the core of the impact on automotive quality.The paint stirring and mixing equipments were taken as the research objects.According to the automobile coating conditions parameters provided by a company,CFD numerical simulation was carried out on the two-foldleaf agitator,pusher agitator and compound agitator suitable for waterborne paint.By analyzing and comparing the velocity cloud diagrams,velocity vector diagrams,velocity distribution diagrams of different agitators,it was concluded that the compound agitator had better mixing effect.
