摘 要:针对某超超临界1 000 MW机组红套环高压内缸进行理论建模,从材料选择和过盈量设定两个方面对高压内缸进行常规设计,然后通过有限元分析进行验证,模拟分析了启动、停机和稳定运行直至连续工作一个大修期,且高压内缸整个中分面依然能够保持一定的接触压应力。结果显示,汽缸的气密性良好,验证了方法的可靠性。The theoretical modeling of the heat thimble HP inner cylinder of an ultra-supercritical 1 000 MW unit is carried out.The conventional design of the HP inner cylinder is carried out from the selection of materials and the setting of shrink range. And then verified by finite element analysis, the contact compressive stress of horizontal plane in the unit is simulated and analyzed during start-up, shutdown, stable operation and continuous operation during an overhaul period. After comparison and analysis,which verified that the air tightness of the cylinder met the design requirements.
