摘  要:文章主要从HXD1型电力机车重联处电动门的组成、技术参数、工作原理、结构强度及型式试验等方面进行论述。仿真计算和试验验证表明:采用铝合金材料不但可减轻重量、保证强度,而且可起到隔音降噪功能;采用微波传感器和光电传感器构成的感应区域,可确保感应信号无盲区。电动门的应用可减轻司乘人员的劳动强度,方便其安全、快速通过重联区域。This paper mainly presents the composition, technical parameters, operating principle, structural strength and type test of the electric door in the coupling area of HXD1 electric locomotive. Simulation calculation and verification tests indicate that the aluminum alloy material can not only reduce the weight and ensure the strength, but also can reduce the noise. The induction area composed of the microwave sensor and photoelectric sensor can ensure that the induction signal has no blind area. The electric door application can reduce the labor intensity of drivers and facilitate to pass through the coupling area safely and quickly.
