摘 要:在地下无轨设备中,往往将前后驱动桥安装于摆动架,摆动架两端安装回转铜套或回转轴承,再结合限位块实现摆动架在一定角度内的摆动,通过摆动架的摆动实现驱动桥的摆动,从而提高胶轮的附着效果和车辆的通过性。文章介绍一种带摆动功能的无轨设备中央铰接结构,将摆动架与中央铰接结构合在一起单独设计一种摆动座,摆动座与后车架间通过回转支承进行连接,通过回转支承实现摆动座与后车架间的摆动,进而实现前后驱动桥间的相互摆动。In underground trackless equipment, in order to improve the adhesion effect of the rubber wheel and improve the passability, the front and rear drive axles are often installed on the swing frame, and the two ends of the swing frame are installed with slewing copper sleeves or slewing bearings. The swing within a certain angle can realize the swing of the drive axle through the swing of the swing frame, thereby improving the passability of the vehicle. This paper introduces a central hinged structure of trackless equipment with swing function. The feature of this structure is that the swing frame and the central hinge structure are combined together, and a swing seat is designed separately. The swing seat and the rear frame are connected by a slewing bearing.The swing between the swing seat and the rear frame is realized through the slewing bearing, thereby realizing the mutual swing between the front and rear drive axles.
