摘　　要：粉末静电喷涂生产线涉及前处理、烘干、喷粉以及固化等多道工序。该设备集合了前处理喷淋系统、烘干和固化系统、环保废气处理系统、静电喷粉系统以及输送系统等多个模块。文章从实际使用的角度出发,分析在粉末静电涂装线设备的规划和选型中出现的各种问题,提出解决思路,以期为各类制造企业提供参考。The powder electrostatic spraying production line involves many processes, such as pretreatment, drying, powder spraying, curing and so on. The equipment consists of pre-treatment spray system, drying and curing system, environmental protection waste gas treatment system, electrostatic powder spraying system, conveying system and other modules. Starting from the actual use, this paper analyzes various problems in the planning and selection of powder electrostatic coating line equipment,and puts forward solutions to provide reference for all kinds of manufacturing enterprises.
