摘　　要：卷烟高速包装机铝箔纸负压吸风输送辊负压吸风盘的齿形带更换过程复杂、操作难度大。因此,文章主要分析了铝箔纸负压吸风输送辊的设计结构,并优化改进输送辊结构,在现有安装空间范围内将输送辊轴改进为可在轴向进行长度调节的组合形式,以简化中间负压吸风盘齿形带的更换步骤。结果表明,此次改造可以有效降低设备维修难度,提高该部位易损件检修效率,保证生产率。The replacement process of the toothed belt of the negative pressure suction disc of the aluminum foil negative pressure suction conveying roller of the cigarette high-speed packaging machine is complex and difficult to operate. By analyzing the design structure of the negative pressure suction conveying roller of aluminum foil paper, the structure of the conveying roller is optimized and improved, and the conveying roller shaft is improved into a combined form that can adjust the length in the axial direction within the existing installation space, so as to simplify the replacement steps of the toothed belt of the middle negative pressure suction disc. The results show that this transformation can effectively reduce the difficulty of equipment maintenance,improve the maintenance efficiency of vulnerable parts in this part, and ensure effective productivity.
