摘 要:为了提高细菌纤维素(BC)气凝胶结构的稳定性和可循环性,以BC为基材,丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)为交联剂,采用冷冻干燥技术制备了交联BC气凝胶,测试了交联前后气凝胶的表面形貌、红外光谱、X射线衍射图谱、比表面积、孔径分布、热学性能、吸油性、压缩性。结果表明:交联后BC气凝胶的比表面积、孔容、热稳定性均显著提高;当BTCA含量相对BC干重为10%时,平均孔径减小到2.2 nm,孔隙率最高为99.8%,线性收缩率最低为5.90%,对石蜡油的吸油倍率最高为115.4 g/g;交联BC气凝胶对乙醇萃取循环20次后,吸附量仅减少了16%,对石蜡油压缩循环10次后也表现出较好的压缩循环性;最大压缩应力达到11.9 kPa。认为:这种可循环使用结构稳定的交联BC气凝胶可用于油水分离纺织品研发。To improve the structural stability and recyclability of bacterial cellulose(BC)aerogel,a cross-linked BC aerogel was prepared by freeze-drying technology,based on BC as base material and butane tetracharboxylic acid(BTCA)as cross-linking agent.The surface morphology,infrared spectrum,X-ray diffraction,specific surface area,pore size distribution,thermal property,oil absorption and compressibility of the aerogels before and after crosslinking were tested.Results showed that the specific surface area,pore volume and thermal stability of cross-linked BC aerogel were significantly improved.When the BTCA content relative to BC was 10%,the average pore size was decreased to 2.2 nm,the maximum porosity was 99.8% and the minimum linear shrinkage was 5.90%,oil adsorption rate on paraffin oil was the highest as 115.4 g/g.The adsorption capacity of cross-linked BC aerogel was only reduced by 16% after 20 times ethanol extraction cycles.After 10 times compression cycles of paraffin oil,it also showed better compression recyclability.The maximum compression stress of cross-linked BC aerogel was reached 11.9 kPa.It is considered that the recyclable and structural stable cross-linked BC aerogel can be used for development of textiles for oil-water separation.
