基于纺纱一致性系数的新疆细绒棉质量评价

摘　　要：为了研究新疆棉花质量的变化趋势和评价标准,以2018年—2020年阿克苏产棉区细绒棉质量指标数据为统计分析对象,选取上半部平均长度、断裂比强度、长度整齐度、马克隆值、反射率、黄度等指标,计算出原棉纺纱一致性系数SCI,对新疆细绒棉质量进行客观评价。结果表明:2018年—2020年阿克苏棉花SCI值依次为131.3、126.7和121.8,棉花质量均能满足纺纱要求,但3年棉花SCI值呈现降低趋势,棉花质量有所下降。认为:应重视并采取相关措施稳定提升新疆棉花质量。In order to study changing trend and evaluation standard of cotton quality in Xinjiang,quality index data of medium cotton in Aksu cotton producing area from 2018 to 2020 were taken as statistical analysis object,the average length of The upper half mean length,breaking specific tenacity,length uniformity,Micronaire value,reflectance,yellowness and other indicators were selected to calculate spinning consistency index SCI of raw cotton spinning.Quality of Xinjiang medium cotton was objectively evaluated.The results showed that the SCI values of Aksu cotton from 2018 to 2020 were 131.3,126.7 and 121.8 respectively,and the cotton quality could meet the requirements of spinning.However,SCI values of cotton showed a decreasing trend in the three years and cotton quality was declined.It is considered that attention should be paid to and related measures should be taken to steadily improve the quality of Xinjiang cotton.
