摘　　要：为解决采用0.9 dtex莱赛尔纺5.9 tex集聚纱生产过程中出现的质量问题,从了解该纤维的特性入手,借鉴以往生产1.1 dtex莱赛尔LF纤维品种的经验,通过做好生产小区域的温湿度控制,优化各工序关键工艺参数,提高了棉网清晰度,从而改善了纺纱质量。测试结果表明:采用0.9 dtex莱赛尔G100纤维生产的5.9 tex集聚纱,质量达到了用户使用要求,所生产的坯布下机匹分不到12分/匹,为生产外贸高档家纺面料提供了质量保障。In order to solve the quality problems in the production process of 0.9 dtex Lyocell 5.9 tex condensed yarn,starting from understanding characteristics of the fiber,the previous experiences in producing1.1 dtex Lyocell LF fiber varieties were learned.By controlling temperature and humidity of small production area,the key process parameters in each process were optimized,clarity of the cotton web was improved then the spinning quality was improved.The test results showed that quality of 5.9 tex condensed yarn produced by using 0.9 dtex Lyocell G100 fiber could meet requirements of users,the grey fabric produced was less than 12 points per piece,which provided quality assurance for the production of high-grade home textile fabrics for foreign trade.
