摘　　要：分析色纺梳理过程中的难点及质量控制要点。针对色纺纱生产过程中因染色棉、棉网原料和染色化纤等原料特性造成的梳理难点,以及色纺纤维通过混色实现色彩空间视觉混和的难度,解析了用于色纺梳理质量控制的特殊工艺方法,即梳棉混梳和纺前预梳,对于这两种特殊工艺方法容易造成的工艺配置矛盾和纤维过度损伤等问题,提出了积极采取“部分预梳,合理预梳,色纤精选”的方法,并遵循“混色不大落”的工艺原则。认为:混色均匀和解决色结问题是色纺梳理的难点,用好梳棉混梳和纺前预梳工艺,有利于提高色纺梳理质量。Difficulties and quality control key points in the process of color spinning and carding were analyzed.Aiming at the difficulty of carding caused by characteristics of dyed cotton,cotton web raw material and dyed chemical fibers in the production process of color-spun yarn,and the difficulty of color spun fibers to achieve visual blending of color space through color mixing,special process method for color spinning carding quality control were analyzed,which was combing cotton blending and pre-spinning pre-carding.For the problems of process configuration contradiction and excessive fiber damage that were easily caused by the two special process methods,it was proposed to actively adopt the method of partial pre-carding,reasonable pre-carding and color fiber selection,and followed the process principle of color mixing and less noil.It is considered that uniform color mixing and solving problem of color knots are the difficulties of color spinning carding.The use of carding cotton blending and pre-spinning pre-carding process is beneficial to improve quality of color spinning carding.
